cross country

It was our school’s cross country today. Almost my whole class was doing the fun run. We didn’t run actually… we were one of the last classes to start the run, then we stopped to take pictures along the way. When we barely walked into the forest, it was almost time to strt the prize giving ceremony. After some discussion on how we should get back, we just cut through the forest and appeared on the stretch of road leading back to the finishing point. ^^; I wonder how Miss Wong felt when she saw a group of us appearing out of the forest… when everyone else was coming from the road.

After that, we just formed a single file and walked back with our hands on each other’s shoulders. Then one of the teachers commented that they should have a caterpillar race when they say us coming in. ^^; Some of the funny things we do… but then it was fun. XD

bye Clayton

Clayton’s leaving for Australia tomorrow. =( I’m going to miss him, and since we have cross-country tomorrow, the class will not be able to send him off. We did, however, give him this book with messages from all of us, as well as a watch as a leaving present. It’s been really nice knowing him for these 10 years though, he looked so cute when he was in primary school! XD *sob* It’s just going to be weird without him being around…

lesson

I guess one of the first lessons I have learnt this year would be to treasure what you have. Last year, I disliked some of the teachers I had, but some of my teachers this year are worse. When Miss Song was my form teacher was well as English teacher last year, very often I sort of disliked her and would sort of be unhappy with some of the things she does. Having changed to a new form teacher, as well as another teacher this year, I realised how nice she actually was. Surprisingly, I wish that she was still teaching me. She poped by for awhile today, and it was just nice to have her there for that short moment.

The same goes for Miss Goh. I freaked out last year when I found out she would be teaching my class Biology last year, and really hated her lessons. However, throughout the course of the year, I started enjoying her lessons more and more. Biology became one of my favourite subjects. I was hoping that she would still be taking my class this year, but sadly she was transferred to another school. I kind of dislike my new Biology teacher, she seems to have something to scold about every other lesson. ^^;

*sigh* Clayton will be leaving for Australia next Tuesday. Sometimes I feel that I have never really appreciated him enough, even though I have known him since Primary 1… I’m going to miss him. :( Why do I never learn to appreciate and treasure what I have, until it’s gone?!

happy bday to me!

Happy birthday to me! XD
Thanks everyone for the gifts and well wishes!

We were learning about double speak in English today. For once, it was something interesting, and I actually learnt something: Everyday, I come to a site specific knowledge endownment establishment (school) to listen to my specific orientated erudition transmission specialists (teachers). If not, I will get multiple duplication behaviour orientation experience (detention). XD

Arrgh.

The internet doesn’t seem to be working right the past few days… It just disconnected when I was chatting halfway. Arrgh. Some people got locked out of English class last Friday for coming only after the bell rang, so they had to stand outside for 15 mins and got a scolding after that. Remind me to rush to the computer lab tomorrow for my lesson.

I got the flu bug. >< I think it came from my Mum, whom I think caught it from me a while ago?!
