accident-prone?
So much work has to be completed and handed in tomorrow, or at least gone through in class.
I really feel as though I have no life at all, my daily routine has become so dull and monotonous. And nothing really interesting seems to be happening anyway.
Chem practical today didn’t go that well. It seems that there were a lot of accidents going on today. First Joel got a cut on his finger from a chipped beaker. Then someone from the from row dropped something, and the glass just flew everywhere. I was just behind and some of those glass fragments landed on my bench. Thank goodness they were not sharp, or someone might have gotten hurt. Then Joel broke his pipette (he seems so accident-prone today). I think someone else broke something too, though I have no idea who it was. Maybe it’s because it’s a kinetics and titration experiment, and everyone is trying to ensure that they did not miss the timings while trying to wash the conical flask, titrate and do other things at the same time. But we had a similar experiment last year, and back then everything was fine. :| Wait till Mrs Chiew gives us back our paper… she’s sure to say something about mine because there were iodine stains over it. :|
I have a feeling that my parents are already suspecting, and will formally ask who that person is soon. They’re already suspicious of me talking on the phone so often.
Not good.
Valerie. 23.
Over the past few days some of us had been doing some of the decorations, and on the day of the celebrations An Qi, Ying Jia and a few others lured Hui Yian away while the rest decorated the classroom. Hui Yian realised that we were behaving really weird, but she didn’t suspect that we had a surprise for her, which certainly was a good thing.
I think she’s so lucky to have someone who would go all out to make her birthday a special one for her.
